CLIFTON, N.J. -- What's in a name? Everything, according to residents on a Clifton street who could be faced with a new address. Ellsworth Street is just a few blocks long but not contiguous and divided by several blocks, making it a safety concern for emergency personnel, City Manager Dominick Villano said. New Jersey could be the first state making it illegal to declaw cats and Bergen County animal rescue workers are hoping the measure moves out of the Senate sooner than later.
