POUGHKEEPSIE, N. Y. -- Authorities are investigating the case of a 51-year-old contractor found dead Monday in a City of Poughkeepsie House as a homicide, according to The Poughkeepsie Journal.

The Dutchess County Medical Examiner's Office conducted an autopsy Tuesday for David R. Cline of Ancram, who was found at around 3:37 p.m. Monday inside a house on Edgar Street. No other details about the manner of death have been released, The Poughkeepsie Journal says.
