The New York State Office of Public Safety Alert activated for a 10-year-old upstate girl was canceled early Saturday afternoon.
The girl, who went missing early Saturday morning, was found safe near her home and her non-custodial father, Bryon Archer, is in custody, authorities said.

The New York State Office of Public Safety has issued an active missing child alert Saturday for a 10-year-old girl who is believed to be endangered.
Namine Archer was last seen with her non-custodial father, Byron Archer, leaving her residence in the upstate town of Fulton at 7:45 a.m. on Saturday, June 24. They were driving in a white, 2010 Toyota Avalon with New York registration GTE-4252.
Namine is 5-feet tall, 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Archer is 6-foot-2, 220 pounds, bald with brown eyes.
