Tyler Pfister Killed In Skid Steer Incident In Patterson

A 27-year-old man was killed in a farm machinery incident in Putnam County over the weekend, authorities said.
The incident happened on Sunday, June 14, in Patterson, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said on Monday, June 15.
According to the Sheriff's Office, deputies, firefighters, and emergency responders responded to Cornwall Hill Road at around 6:20 p.m.
There, they found 27-year-old Tyler Pfister severely injured by a skid steer that had fallen on top of him.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, the Sheriff's Office said.
