23-Year-Old Returns To Burglarize Home For Second Time In 2 Years In New Rochelle: Police A 23-year-old man faces charges after allegedly forcing his way into a Westchester residence that he previously burglarized, police said. New Rochelle resident Francis Voltaire was arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 6 following an incident earlier in the day that occurred on Lispenard Avenue in New Rochelle, according to the city's police department. Election 2024: Projection Made In NY State Senate Race Representing Northern Westchester New York's 40th State Senate District voters have officially chosen their next representative. Democrat Pete Harckham, age 64, has been projected as winning re-election for his fourth term in the New York State Senate seat representing Northern Westchester and parts of Putnam and Rockland counties, according to the state's Board of Elections. Dryer Sparks Blaze At Hudson National Golf Course Clubhouse In Croton Firefighters raced to a golf course clubhouse in Northern Westchester after a dryer fire filled the building with smoke. The incident happened in Croton-on-Hudson on Monday, Nov. 4 just before 8:45 a.m., when a blaze began inside a dryer at the Hudson National Golf Course's clubhouse, according to the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department. Election 2024: Winner Projected In 16th Congressional District Representing Much Of Westchester The votes are in, and New York's 16th Congressional District now knows its next representative in Congress.
