ICE Five-Day Nyc-area Enforcement Crackdown Includes Arrests In Westchester Individuals from four Hudson Valley counties were among 118 people from southern New York arrested for violating U.S. immigration laws during a five-day crackdown in mid-January by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The detail, called "Operation Cross Check,"  was conducted in New York City, Long Island and the Hudson Valley from Jan. 14-18. State Police troopers were called to the Berkshire Hills Eisenberg Camp on Empire Road in Copake in Columbia County at approximately 1 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, July 23, where there was a report of a sexual assault.
