Police: Teen Girls Caught After Robbing, Punching Victim In Central Nyack

CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Two female teens jumped another girl at a gas station on Wednesday in Central Nyack, punching and kicking her before stealing money and running away, according to the Clarkstown Police Department.

The attack occurred around 8:30 p.m. at the Shell Gas Station at 53 Route 59, police said.

Responding officers said the 16-year-old girl was in the parking lot when she was jumped by Destiny Bossa, 17, of New London, Conn., and Priscilla Ortiz, 18, of Orangeburg.

The girl, who wasn't seriously injured, was pushed to the ground and pushed and kicked until she gave the attackers $5, police said.

Bossa and Ortiz were picked up by police by a short distance from the gas station.

They were charged with felony robbery and are being held at the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. They are scheduled to return to court on Jan. 4.
