Man Faces Felony DWI After Traffic Stop In Clarkstown

NEW CITY, N. Y. -- A 37-year-old Spring Valley man is facing a felony driving while intoxicated charge after Rockland County Sheriff's Office police stopped his car for erratic driving on Route 59 in Clarkstown and discovered two prior DWI convictions, police said.

Officers determinded that Luis Gomez-Pichisca was intoxicated at the time of the stop, police said. He's being held on $9,000 bail after an arraignment in Clarkstown Justice Court, police said.
