ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident that initially took out the right lane on a stretch of the Palisades Interstate Parkway caused stop-and-go delays on Monday morning in Stony Point .
The accident, on the northbound side at Exit 15 (Gate Hill Road), was reported at 8:45 a.m.
