You're in luck. Boxer Donut & Espresso Bar opened Saturday, Sept. 23 in Nyack with a variety of interesting flavors.
Among the 10 options (they change daily): one with a maple custard filling, one with blackberry jam and a blueberry glaze, and a vegan German chocolate cake. There are also plenty of other baked goods including scones, muffins, and rolls.
This little jewel of a donut shop, which features Stumptown Coffee, is focused on fresh products, bought locally whenever possible. Owner (and Nyack resident) Eric Brown hopes to eventually roast on premises and plans on expanding the menu.
