Man Busted In Broom Handle Attack During Incident In Region A man was charged with allegedly assaulting a woman with a broom handle and his fist, causing a head injury, during a domestic dispute in the region. Ulster County resident Harry J. Krom, age 42, of Kerhonkson, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 25, on Two Path Road in Wawarsing. An investigation alleges that Krom repeatedly struck a 45-year-old woman with a broom handle and closed fist. ID Released For Woman Found Dead In Hudson Valley Police have identified a woman who was found dead in the region. Related: Person Found Shot Dead On Kingston Street Ulster County resident Rieke Guercio, age 71, of Kingston, was found around 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, in the area of Meade Street in Kingston.
