Crash Update: Police ID Man Struck, Killed By Vehicle While Crossing Rockland County Roadway Police have identified a Hudson Valley man who was struck and killed by two cars while crossing a roadway with another person. The incident occurred in Rockland County at 6 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 14, at W. Maple Avenue and Kings Point in Ramapo.
