Crash Causes Gridlock On I-87 In Rockland

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A serious motor vehicle crash caused stop-and-go traffic on a stretch of I-87 in Rockland early Sunday afternoon.

The crash, reported just before 2 p.m., was on the southbound side between Exit 14  (Spring Valley/Route 59) and Exit 13 (Palisades Parkway) with delays to the Garden State Parkway connector (Exit 14A).
