Sporadic, 15-Minute Closures Scheduled For Busy Roadway In Region A busy roadway in Northern Westchester will have intermittent closures for a six-hour period over the weekend. The New York State Department of Transportation is advising motorists to expect the sporadic 15-minute traffic stoppages along Route 9A between Browns Lane and Skyline Drive in Mount Pleasant on Saturday, Sept. 14, between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., to facilitate overhead wire work.
