Putnam County Shows Camp Herrlich Love With New Lease, New Growth Potential PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. – Putnam County Executive MaryEllen Odell recently announced that the Legislature passed a resolution to amend the County’s lease with Camp Herrlich. Elmsford Students Witness Gov. Cuomo's Annual State Of State Speech At SUNY GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Twenty-five students from Alexander Hamilton Jr./Sr. High School in the Elmsford Union Free School District got the opportunity to witness Gov.
