In response, St. Lawrence moved the meeting to a closed-door session about 10 minutes into the session. The board asked the group of 35 or more protesters to leave the chambers as they chanted "resign now, resign now," said lohud.com.

St. Lawrence was arrested April 14 on 22 charges of federal securities fraud, wire fraud and conspiracy. He was released on $500,000 bail, added lohud.com.
