New Update - Debby’s Most Intense Rainfall Still Ahead: Here's When Storm Will Affect Northeast The most intense rainfall from Debby, which made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane over Florida's Big Bend, is still to come, and the storm is now expected to affect the Northeast later this week.
