Six suspects were arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated in Suffolk County between Wednesday, Nov. 22 and Sunday, Nov. 26, according to sheriff’s officials. Among them was 33-year-old Richard Pino, of Nesconset, who was busted going 95 miles-per-hour eastbound on the Long Island Expressway in Brookhaven, deputies said. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Westhampton Beach Police Department detectives say a fuel cell containing more than 500 gallons of diesel fuel was stolen from the parking lot at Lashley Beach on Dune Road in Westhampton Beach at some point between Monday, Nov. 18 at 4 p.m. and Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 6 a.m. The tracking number of the fuel cell, which police say weighed more than 6,500 pounds at the time of the theft, is 528TC27.
