Long Beach Cabbie Had Child Porn On Cell Phone, Police Say A Long Beach cabbie was allegedly busted for having "thousands" of pictures of child pornography on his cell phone. Thomas J. Stanford, 38, was arrested on Monday, June 10, by Long Beach Police during an ongoing investigation on an unrelated matter, said the Long Beach Police Department.
