Long Island Man Assaults Police Officers During Arrest, Cops Say A Long Island man has been charged for allegedly causing multiple injuries to police officers attempting to arrest him following a crash. Terrance Clifford, age 32, of Woodbury, was arrested on Thursday, March 2 in Plainview. According to Nassau County detectives, Clifford was traveling northbound on Manetto Hill Road, driving a 2016 Toyota sedan.
