Bethpage Teen Made Sexual Advances Toward Boy, Touched Himself In Front Of Woman, Police Say An 18-year-old who police say touched himself while asking a 70-year-old woman for directions has now been charged with making sexual advances to a 10-year-old boy, according to Nassau County.
