Jose Espinosa, age 40, of Franklin Square, was arrested on Thursday, April 15, after calling his doctor's office and asking them to look for the cocaine he misplaced in East Garden City, said the Nassau County Police. According to detectives, Espinosa was at a medical facility in East Garden City and returned home. First responders were dispatched to Covanta on Merchants Concourse in East Garden City at approximately 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, where there was a report of a man that fell nearly two dozen feet through a roof.
