21-Year-Old Killed In Long Island Crash By Man High On Drugs, Police Say A Long Island man has been charged with driving while high on drugs after he was involved in a motor vehicle crash that killed a 21-year-old. The incident took place in Centereach around 5 p.m., March 19 on Middle Country Road, near Wood Road.
