Man Accused Of Albany Shooting That Left Teen Wounded, Struggling To Walk A 33-year-old Capital Region man faces multiple felonies in a shooting following an argument earlier this summer that left a teenager struggling to walk, authorities said. Fallen Greenburgh Detective Was About To Be A Grandfather Richard Cunningham was a decorated police officer, but he's being remembered for his work outside of uniform following his sudden death last week. Northern Westchester resident Cunningham, age 60, of Peekskill, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Aug. 31. He had been serving as a detective with the Greenburgh Police Department. Man Guilty In Fatal Shooting Of New Haven Husband, Father Of 3 A 49-year-old Maryland man was found guilty of gunning down a Connecticut father of three in 2020, authorities said. Rashad Hardy was found guilty on Aug. 28 of murder, carrying a pistol with a permit, and criminal possession of a firearm, the Connecticut State Attorney's Office said.
