Mindy Ramsahoi, of South Ozone Park, opted to receive her prize as a one-time lump sum payment totaling $1,567,334 after required withholdings, State Lottery officials said.
The winning ticket was purchased at Lucky L&S located at 42-33 College Point Blvd. in Flushing.
As of this now, there's one top prize remaining on the 50X (2nd Edition) ticket, Lottery officials said, noting that players may check the status of any New York Lottery Scratch-off game by downloading the Games Report at nylottery.ny.gov.
The New York Lottery contributed $1,415,934, in Lottery Aid to Education to school districts throughout the five boroughs during the fiscal year 2019-2020.
