Firefighters responded to the boat parked in an alleyway near Pinnsy Place, which was engulfed in flames, just before 9 p.m., officials said. Two women died and one man was in stable condition at St. Barnabas Hospital. The Essex County Prosecutor's Office conducts an active and ongoing investigation.
