19-Year-Old Leads Officers On Pursuit, Almost Hits Cop Cruiser In Northern Westchester: Police A 19-year-old man was jailed after leading officers on a high-speed chase in Northern Westchester, almost hitting a police cruiser head-on in the process, authorities announced.  Katonah resident Max Lupinacci was arrested on Monday, Feb. 26 in connection with an incident that happened in Yorktown on Thursday, Jan. 18, Yorktown Police announced on Wednesday, Feb. 28.  According to the department, at around 1 a.m. on the night of the incident, a Yorktown Police officer saw a vehicle speeding through a stop sign at the intersection of Commerce Street and Hanover Street. These 10 Roads Will Be Closed During Yorktown Grange Fair, Tractor Parade There will be several road closures over the weekend as the Yorktown Grange Fair hosts its annual Tractor Parade. The Yorktown Police Department issued an alert advising motorists that at 12 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, the parade will kick off at the Yorktown Fire Department fairgrounds on Veterans Road, continuing through Commerce Street to Hanover Street, before concluding at the Grande Fair grounds on Moseman Avenue.
