PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Putnam County's New Beginnings Pet Rescue is introducing Screech, a 2-year-old Chihuahua mix.

He weighs about nine pounds, and he is great with children and other animals. He is healthy, up to date on shots, micro-chipped and neutered.
