Naked Man Accused Of 'Lewd Conduct' At State Park In Hudson Valley, Police Say
A man was arrested after police responding to a fight at a state park in Dutchess County found him naked and being physically restrained by another person, authorities said.
The incident happened at James Baird State Park in LaGrange on Thursday, Oct. 1, at around 2:50 p.m., New York State Police announced on Friday, Oct. 2.
When troopers arrived, they found an individual physically restraining a naked man later identified as Hyde Park resident Paul Roberts, 51, according to police.
Roberts had been seen engaging in lewd conduct before troopers arrived, police said.…

A 25-year-old man has been arrested on rape and child sexual performance charges following the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl who was found safe after a two-day search in Orange County.
