The blaze began on Tuesday, Oct. 29 inside the laundry room at a North Salem home on Nash Road, according to the Croton Falls Fire Department.  Arriving fire crews soon began dousing the flames with hose lines and started making their way inside. Arriving crews found the SUV with its rear end protruding from an exterior wall and the driver still stuck inside, fire officials said.
