A homeless Long Island man threw rocks at cars and desecrated a tombstone before brawling with cops Tuesday night, July 7, police said.
Michael Laraque, 31, was standing at Huntington Rural Cemetery and chucking rocks at passing vehicles around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Suffolk County Police Department said. He damaged three vehicles and broke a window at Laura’s Dance Studio across the street, investigators said.
When officers arrived, Laraque ran into the cemetery, knocked over and damaged a tombstone, then fought with the cops before he was taken into custody, according to police.
