37-Year-Old Caught With Unregistered Weapon In Greenville: Police A 37-year-old man faces a felony charge after being caught with an unregistered gun in Westchester, police announced. Irvington-on-Hudson resident Stephen Neubauer was arrested on Friday, Nov. 1 following an incident in Greenburgh, the town's police department said on Monday, Nov. 4. According to Greenburgh Police, officers stopped a vehicle in the Greenville part of town on Friday and recovered an unlicensed and unregistered 9mm handgun inside. The raccoon was seen on Thursday, Oct. 31 near the John Paulding School in Tarrytown at 154 Broadway, the Westchester County Department of Health announced on Wednesday, Nov. 6. Workers Injured After Torch Sparks Flash Fire At Croton-Harmon Yard Two workers were injured when the torch they lit malfunctioned and caused a flash fire at a Northern Westchester railroad yard.  The incident happened on Thursday, Nov. 7 just before 9:45 a.m. at Metro-North's Croton-Harmon Railroad Yard in Croton-on-Hudson, according to the village's fire department. The blaze happened when two workers lit a malfunctioning torch that caused a "brief but concussive flash fire," the department said.  The workers were taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
