Sullivan County Man Trapped Beneath SUV Rescued By Tow Truck Employees, Police Offi A man from the region who was trapped underneath a vehicle after a parking lot crash was rescued by employees from a tow truck company and a police officer. The incident occurred in Sullivan County at 1:45 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 29, in the parking lot of Tilly's Diner at 34 Raceway Road in Monticello. According to Lt. Sullivan County Man Shot In Foot, Police Search For Suspects Police are investigating and searching for suspects in connection with a shooting that left a Hudson Valley man wounded. The incident occurred in Sullivan County at 10:10 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 30, at Broadway and Jefferson Street in the village of Monticello. Lt. Mark Johnstone of the Monticello Police said responding officers found a 22-year-old Monticello man on Liberty Street who had been shot in the left foot.
