A New York man accused of raping a teenage girl and providing her with alcohol has been arrested, state police announced Friday, May 22.
Tobias Buchanan, 25, of Kingston, was charged with third-degree rape, sexual misconduct, two counts of child endangerment, and first-degree unlawful dealing with a child, New York State Police said.

John J. Cahill, 42, of Troy, was detained Friday, May 15, following a regional investigation, New York State Police said.
