Three New York men beat two McDonald’s customers with a bat, a metal pipe, and a hammer in a parking lot assault on Tuesday, May 26, state police said.
Michael W. Martin, 31; Joseph Holloway, 34; and Cody Holloway, 29, were arrested and charged with several assault and menacing counts for the attack in Cairo, New York State Police said Wednesday, May 27.

A New York man was arrested with an illegal gun and cocaine after a reported domestic disturbance, police said.
Messiah Wallace, 20, of Colonie, was busted Monday, May 25 following the disturbance call on Congress Street in Cohoes, the Cohoes Police Department said Tuesday, May 26.
The report mentioned a physical altercation and the presence of a firearm, cops said. Officers arrived to investigate and saw Wallace attempting to leave the area, but he was detained, according to authorities.

A New York man with a prior conviction was busted with an illegal loaded gun during a routine traffic stop, police said.
Miguel A. Flores, 23, was a passenger when Cohoes police pulled over a vehicle on I-787 on Friday, May 15 around 8 p.m., the Cohoes Police Department said Monday, May 18.
Flores, of Albany, was found to be in possession of a loaded Taurus G2C 9mm semi-automatic handgun, cops said. He was arrested and charged with six counts of weapons possession, including one for having a weapon despite a prior conviction, authorities said.

A New York man stabbed an acquaintance in the hand and now faces felony charges, state police said Tuesday, April 7.
Clinton J. Breault, 55, of Moreau, was arrested on Sunday, March 26, after troopers responded to a Moreau home for reports of a stabbing just before 3 p.m., New York State Police said.
Investigators determined Breault and the victim were involved in a dispute when Breault stabbed the other person in the hand, police said. Breault knew the victim prior to the argument, according to authorities.

The fourth and final detainee who escaped from an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in New Jersey last month was captured Thursday, July 17, in Los Angeles, more than 2,700 miles away, the FBI said.
Andres Felipe Pineda-Mogollon, 25, a Colombian national, escaped from Delaney Hall in Newark following a riot on June 12, as previously reported by Daily Voice.
The FBI did not release further details about Pineda-Mogollon's escape.
