A New York man was arrested for threatening a woman with a gun during a domestic dispute, and another man was charged with punching two cops while interfering in the investigation, authorities said Wednesday, May 6.
Justin Talley, 47, was involved in a domestic altercation in Albany and menaced a woman with a handgun on Tuesday night, May 5, the Albany Police Department said.
Talley initially fled the scene on the 600 block of Second Street but then returned and was arrested, cops said. Officers found a loaded 9mm handgun in his path, according to authorities.

Changxuan Liu, 32, of 153-02 Peck Avenue in Queens, was arrested in Oceanside at 2:08 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 25, according to the Electronics Squad Fraud & Forgery Unit.

An alleged impaired driver was combative with troopers after wrecking on a Capital Region highway, police said.
Rensselaer County resident John Reinhart, 45, of Melrose, was arrested following a single-vehicle crash in Saratoga County, on State Route 146 in Clifton Park, early Sunday, Jan. 19.
Troopers determined that Reinhart was driving while intoxicated and possessed an illegal amount of cannabis and felony-weight narcotics, according to New York State Police.

Five people were charged with allegedly having loaded weapons during a Hudson Valley traffic stop.
The incident occurred in Orange County around 3:40 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 25, in Wallkill.
According to Lt. Robert McLymore of the Wallkill Police, the department, along with the New York State Police, performed a vehicle stop at Exit 116 on Route 17, which led to the arrest of five of the five suspects.
A subsequent investigation resulted in the recovery of three loaded firearms, McLymore said.
