ID Released Of 22-Year-Old Man Shot Dead While Sitting In Car In NY: Police (Update) This story has been updated.  Police have released the name of a 22-year-old man fatally shot while sitting in a car in Rockland County. In an update on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 10, Haverstraw Police said Muhssia King, of Haverstraw, was killed around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, while seated in the driver’s seat of a vehicle on Clove Avenue.  According to investigators, one or more suspects approached the car and fired multiple rounds, striking King several times. Shooting Suspect On Run In Region Police in the Hudson Valley are investigating a shooting that left a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg that required a tourniquet for bleeding. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at 11:15 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, on Talmadge Street in the city of Poughkeepsie. Arriving officers found the 40-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg.
