Cody Balmer Set Fire At Gov. Josh Shapiro’s Residence While Family Slept, State Police Say A Harrisburg man is accused of setting fire to the Pennsylvania Governor’s Residence while Gov. Josh Shapiro and his family slept inside, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Sunday, April 13. The blaze broke out around 2 a.m. at the mansion on North Front Street in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, authorities said.
