A Long Island bakery, which offers vegan treats, has been accused of re-selling (the very not-vegan) Dunkin’ Donuts in a post by a fellow vegan store that has now gone viral.
Cindysnacks, a 100 percent vegan grocery store in Huntington, alerted the Long Island community to its concerns on Sunday, March 3.
Just a week before, co-owner John Stengel said that the store received a shipment of desserts from The Savory Fig, an independent Long Island-based vegan baker.

A company based in the Hudson Valley that serves up "school-friendly" muffins is offering its inclusive baked goods for sale at retailers all across the country.
Abe's Vegan Muffins was created in about 2010 by owners Joseph and Marty Koffman because Joseph's son, Abe, had severe allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame, according to the company's marketing manager Holly French.
The brothers, who already owned a pastry business, wanted to create muffins, cakes, and brownies, that could be enjoyed by everyone, including people with serious allergies.
