Freeport Man Founded With Loaded Gun In Traffic Stop, Police Say An overnight traffic stop led to a host of charges for a 46-year-old man who was in illegal possession of a loaded gun, police say. It happened just before 2:30 a.m. Saturday, July 13 in Nassau County. Nassau County Police Department officers, while on routine patrol, observed the defendant Roberto Roldan, 46, of Freeport operating a gray 2013 Chevrolet Impala, southbound on Nassau Road in Roosevelt.
