Inmate Found Dead In Maryland Cell; Suspect Identified, Not Yet Charged: State Police Maryland State Police have identified the inmate found dead at the North Branch Correctional Institution in Cumberland earlier this week as 28-year-old Robert Warren, officials said. Warren was discovered unresponsive in his cell on Monday, Nov. 25, and was pronounced dead by emergency medical personnel. A subsequent autopsy conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled his death a homicide. Repeat Offender Arrested For Midday Murder In Baltimore, Police Say A convicted felon known to law enforcement is back behind bars after allegedly firing a gun in broad daylight in Baltimore, killing one man and injuring a second authorities announced on Wednesday. Laurel Man ID’d By Police As Victim In Fatal Prince George’s County Shooting Prince George’s County police have identified the victim in a fatal shooting that was reported Tuesday night in the unincorporated area of Laurel. Jerome Stocks, 58, of Laurel, was found suffering from gunshot wounds outside a residence in the 12000 block of Silverbirch Lane around 9:00 p.m. on Nov. 26, police said.
