Man From Region Charged With Series Of Commercial Burglaries A man from the region has been charged with allegedly committing three commercial burglaries. Sullivan County resident Emmanuel N. Berrian, age 34, of Monticello, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 29, and charged with three counts of felony burglary and petit larceny. According to Monticello Police Lt. Parents Charged In Region For Allegedly Not Paying Thousands In Child Support Sheriff's deputies in the region charged three people for allegedly failing to pay their child support. The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office has arrested the following individuals on Family Court warrants for child support violations: Melissa A. Lynch, age 36, of Swan Lake, was charged on Thursday, Feb. 15 for not paying $2,500 in child support. Sullivan County resident Drew Botsford, age 46, of the town of Neversink was charged on Sunday, Oct. 8 with second-degree murder. Trooper Steven Nevel, of the New York State Police, said officers responded to a residence on Bradley Avenue in the town of Neversink for a report of a cardiac arrest. Authorities in Sullivan County were called just before 9 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 14, with reports of an assault and attempted robbery at a home in Bethel, located on Mohawk Trail.
