Orange County resident Jermaine Boykin, age 46, of Newburgh, was arrested on Tuesday, June 4, in Dutchess County in Poughkeepsie. According to Det. Sgt. High School Student In Hudson Valley Injured In Shooting Police are investigating a shooting that injured a high school student in the Hudson Valley. It happened in the city of Poughkeepsie on Thursday, May 19 around 2:55 p.m. on Church Street. Responding officers located a 17-year-old victim who had been shot in the arm, said Det. Lt.
