Baskin-Robbins Opening Store In Guilderland Ice cream giant Baskin-Robbins is set to open its first location in the Capital Region. The national chain, known for its “31 flavors” slogan, has its sights set on Albany County and will open its newest shop in Guilderland’s Hamilton Square shopping mall.
