The 55,500-square-foot store, located in Ulster County in Ellenville, at 1 ShopRite Boulevard off Route 209, was opened in 1993 by Wakefern Food Corporation in New Jersey. According to Karen O'Shea, the corporation's spokeswoman, the store did not renew its lease and will close on Saturday, Aug. 31. Ulster County resident Elijah Maldonado, of Ellenville, was last seen on Saturday, Nov. 4 leaving his home. Ellenville Police said Maldonado had a fight with his mother and left and hasn't been seen since.  Maldonado was last seen wearing a black down coat with a fur hood, ripped jeans, and sneakers.  He is described as being 5-foot-8, 160 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. The attack took place in Ulster County in Ellenville around 1:40 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 21 on Roslyn Street. According to Capt.
