: Fair Lawn Rescue Squad Cuts Out Windshield To Free Driver
A driver whose car rolled onto on its side refused medical attention Thursday night after Fair Lawn Rescue members cut out a portion of the windshield to free her. An electrical box was damaged in the northbound Saddle River Road crash just south of Fair Lawn Avenue around 8:40 p.m. A flatbed tower righted and removed the Toyota Prius. Fair Lawn police and firefighters responded, as did a PSE&G crew. Saddle River Road southbound was closed at Fair Lawn Avenue while crews worked. Boyd A. Check Out This Parking Job: Mercedes Drives Over Toyota At Paramus Mall
Video footage of a car that drove on top of another in Paramus has gone viral. "Parking in New Jersey is a dead a** sport," said Max Zavian, who posted a video of Tuesday's incident at Bergen Town Center to Twitter. Zavian said he heard the noise and turned around to see a Mercedes on top of a Toyota sedan. The video garnered more than 97,000 views as of Wednesday afternoon. Chris Feinthel commented on the video saying he used to play a game with a friend, sending photos of "ridiculous" parking jobs from around New Jersey. "Game is officially over," he said.

SUV Crashes Into Maywood Beauty Salon
A Maywood beauty salon had already closed when an SUV crashed through the storefront on Tuesday. The 30-something driver wasn't injured, responders said. Borough police and firefighters responded to the Reliz De Manila Salon on 150 West Pleasant Avenue. Authorities reported no structural damage to the building.

: Route 17 Shut Down After Tractor-Trailer Yanks Down Wires In Ramsey
In one of the most frustrating of coincidences, Route 17 on Friday afternoon was closed in both directions again after a tractor-trailer got tangled in utility wires in Ramsey -- dangling them over the highway and requiring that poles be replaced like they were during a traffic nightmare two weeks ago. The UPS rig was pulling out of the northbound side's Quick Chek when it snagged the wires, closing the highway in both directions from Allendale Road to Lake Street, responders said. Boonton Man Fatally Struck On Route 78 Was 'Amazing Musician, Incredible Friend'
A 29-year-old Boonton man was fatally struck by two cars that kept driving on a Newark highway early Sunday morning, authorities said. Dominick P. DeNegri was hit by separate vehicles heading westbound -- both of which kept driving -- on Route 78 near milepost 55.4 after he got out of his vehicle around 3:30 a.m., New Jersey State Trooper Alejandro Goez said. Long Hill School Bus Driver Cited In Crash That Downed Power Lines, Briefly Trapped Students
A 62-year-old Long Hill school bus driver has been cited for a crash last month that caused live power lines to fall on the vehicle, trapping eight students inside before power was shut to the area. Sarah Scott-Farrar of Irvington is on suspension with the bus company and is not driving a route in Long Hill, according to District Superintendent Edwin Acevedo. No injuries were reported in the Jan. 28 crash, when Scott-Farrar lost control of the vehicle while attempting a left turn. The eight children made it to school safely.

Crash Closes Northbound Palisades Interstate Parkway In Englewood Cliffs
UPDATE: A crash closed the northbound Palisades Interstate Parkway in Englewood Cliffs for more than 40 minutes Sunday afternoon. At least three ambulances responded to the crash, which occurred near Exit 1 just before 2:30 p.m. Northbound traffic remained at a standstill for roughly a half hour after the crash before it began to crawl forward. It finally began moving just before 3:10 p.m. Southbound traffic contined moving steadily.

A 52-year-old Paterson man was charged with driving under the influence in East Orange after crashing the school bus he was operating, authorities said. Wayne Carmichael had a child and bus aide on board when he slammed into five cars, two traffic poles and fire hydrant in Orange and East Orange Tuesday morning, police told RLS Media.
