Steve's Burgers, which first opened in Garfield in 2009, announced on Instagram that the restaurant is rolling out a food truck: Steve'z on Wheelz. Popular Burger Joint Opening Hudson County Location A popular Bergen County burger spot is expanding to Hudson County.  Steve's Burgers is replacing Mediterranean and Mexican restaurant Doner Express on Broadway, in North Bergen, NorthJersey.com reports. Chef and owner Stephen Chrisomalis opened his first location in Garfield 11 years ago, and opened a second location in Garfield last year. The new location is nearly twice the size of both Garfield spots at 1,700 square feet -- big enough to seat 43 people. Chrisomalis is hoping to open the North Bergen spot on Nov. 2, at 7401 Broadway in North Bergen.

2nd Steve's Burgers Location Replacing Food Train In Garfield -- Another Maybe In The Works Steve's Burgers will be opening a second location in Garfield. The Route 46 restaurant will be opening at 68 Passaic St. -- formerly home to Food Train -- next month with a grand opening set for September, owner Stephen Chrisomalis said. The expansion was sporadic, he said, but people have been asking for another location for years. He's also hoping to open a third location soon, closer to his roots in Oradell.
