US Marshals Capture NJ Man In VA For Attempted Murder, Sex Assault Of 2 Victims: Prosecutor A 46-year-old New Jersey man was arrested by US Marshals in Virginia on Wednesday, June 5 for attempted murder and accusations he sexually assaulted two people including a juvenile, authorities said. Caream Davis, of Irvington, NJ was arrested in Richmond, VA following the assaults on an adult and a juvenile on Monday, June 3, Essex County Prosecutor Theodore Stephens, II and Irvington Public Safety Director Tracy Bowers said. Dawid S. Iwaszek “exposed himself and masturbated in public while in the presence of a juvenile under the age of 13” on Thursday, May 23, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
