The person entered the track area at the Haddonfield station as an eastbound train approached at around 11:10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18, a PATCO spokesperson said. Kristoffer Givens, 47, was shot and killed outside Al-Lee’s Bar and Lounge on Dickinson Street, Mercer County Prosecutor Theresa Hilton said in a news release.
