17-Year-Old Struck By Vehicle: Galloway PD A 17-year-old was hospitalized after he was struck by a vehicle in Galloway Township on Sunday, Aug. 2, authorities said. At 8:57 p.m., officers responded to Wrangleboro Road and Navesink Drive after a 40-year-old Atlantic City man was traveling northbound and navigating a curve when struck the 17-year-old, who was crossing the roadway, Galloway Township police said. The 17-year-old sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital, where he remains in stable condition, police said. The crash remains under investigation, police said.

Camden Motorcyclist Killed In Route 295 Crash: Njsp A 47-year-old Camden man was killed in a motorcycle crash on Route 295 in Gloucester County, authorities said. At 10:16 p.m. on Friday, July 31, troopers responded to a crash on Route 295 north in Logan Township after a a Suzuki motorcycle driven by Jermaine Hatcher struck a Ram pickup, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. Hatcher was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead, Marchan said. The driver and three passengers in the Ram sustained minor injuries, Marchan said. The crash remains under investigation, Marchan said.
